They have to CHEAPEST crap Ive ever seen. We spent 2000 on a new sectional only to have the recliner break a month later, its now been 2 months since they "fixed" it and its broken again. The same issue is wrong with it. I will NEVER EVER…

All I got to say is try working for this darn company.... They treat you like a piece of crap...they don't care about you, all they think about is the $$$$$... which is fine and normal although, their employees are the ones who got them…
